· 101

We are halfway through August and the end of summer vocation is approaching. Are you ready to resume your learning journey for the next academic year? This week, we are going to compare notes on study skills. Arguably, it is the most important ability to have and to hone. As the economy and the social life become increasingly dominated, if not overwhelmed, by information, those people who can retain the information, learn new skills quickly, and combine their knowledge in new and innovative ways are more likely to survive and succeed.

So, what's your top secrets for studying effectively? How to preview the course, how to take notes in class, how to tackle the long reading list, and to write papers or prepare for tests. We'll also explore productivity skills like time management, file organisation, concentration, beating procrastination etc.
